Having passed the NEBOSH Certificate I have been accepted on a Postgraduate Certificate, continuing my professional education. I am also in a position where I am now able to apply for promotion within my company as having the Certificate is one of the prerequisites. I feel that it was an important first step in launching my Health and Safety career and provides a solid foundation for further development.
Are there any tangible benefits from having taken a NEBOSH Certificate in your job?
I now have a greater understanding of both the theory of Health and Safety and how to practically apply it within my workplace. I am able to provide advice to my colleagues on the topics covered and find I am working more efficiently and effectively, to the benefit of both my company and myself.
