Provides a fast & helpful response to any of your enquiries. They co-ordinates the project targets and milestones with the Client and Consultant. They ensure the best resources are in the right place at the right time. They monitor targets and timescales through to completion and administer training programme delivery.

Colleen oversees all consultancy projects to ensure deadlines are met and that clients are satisfied with work undertaken on their behalf. She regularly liaises with clients and supervises the other consultancy administration staff to ensure timescales are adhered to.

Emma Dolan
Emma Dolan

Emma is responsible for consultancy diary management, liaising with clients to agree dates, setting up job files, creating project plans and updating project files, ordering any specific equipment where applicable. She provides Consultants' weekly planning sheets and route plans.
