CHSS provides a range of 2 course buffets to suit your needs. All our buffets offer dishes suitable for vegetarians.

Our conference co-ordinator is happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements when notice is given.

Lunches

We offer a wide selection of 2 course buffets; dishes include pasta / rice salads, a "Taste of the East" platter, a selection of quiches, vegetable selection and dips, choice of vol a vents, cheese & biscuit platter, fruit basket.
Contact us for a full range of menus. Prices starting from £6.50 per delegate.

We can provide simple, appetising good value buffets or more deluxe, executive lunches.

For conferences & meetings running over a few days there is a wide menu choice available

Fresh coffee and tea with biscuits, cookies & Welsh cakes are available on arrival and at break times throughout the day

starting from £1.00 per delegate.

Bottled mineral water and wrapped mints are provided for each delegate.
