Risk assessments are the cornerstone of effective health & safety performance and they are a key tool in the management of risks in your organisation.

What do Risk Assessments do?

  • Risk assessments need to be carried out on a regular basis by competent (trained and experienced) people.
  • They provide an independent and objective assessment and evaluation of your organisational risks and corrective action
  • They demonstrate performance standards for the control of risks
  • They help organisations to reduce risks to the lowest level, providing a safe system of work

  • Examination of existing arrangements (organisation, policies, procedures), existing risk assessment measures and their effectiveness
