	By Rail Aberdeen station is a 10 minute walk away.
	By Car From South A90: Take 2nd exit at 1st roundabout when A90 reaches Aberdeen; at next roundabout take 3rd exit into Holburn Street. Turn right at mini-roundabout; at next roundabout turn left, go through 2 sets of traffic lights, keeping in the left-hand lane. Take 1st left into Rose Street and 2nd right into Huntly Street, hotel is on the left.
