Our Consultants can assist you in establishing the current professional competency of your staff to ensure they can fulfil the job expectancy, your organisation's objectives and ensure you are working effectively and efficiently and meeting your targets.
- We undertake a desk top analysis of your staff's current professional competency including qualifications and experience. We then confirm your staff's level of competency from a health, safety, environmental perspective (or any other related specific areas) and the fulfilment of the expectations of the job role.
- We establish the existing roles and determine common and separate skills & levels
- We develop your health and safety competence map from the information collated in phase 2 and compare with legal requirements for specific health and safety competencies
- We match the existing skills established in phase 1 to the competencies determined in phase 3 to produce a GAP Analysis of Training Needs ie a route map. We can incorporate any specific organisational requirements.
